PROOMS will manage your personal data as well as your credit card data in strict accordance with applicable Austrian law regarding data protection. All your data will be processed safely and confidentially and stored on correspondingly safe servers. This holds true for the area of data security and data secrecy. PROOMS and the PROOMS team will therefore never pass your personal data on to third parties. All registered members of PROOMS commit themselves to keeping their passwords secret.

By booking accommodation on PROOMS you agree that we use your personal data necessary for organising the accommodation. This includes surveying, processing and using the data. After completing the booking contract, the personal data of each party will be passed on to the guest and host, respectively, in order to process the booking. You consent to keeping the received data strictly confidential. You shall never pass this data on to third parties or misuse it in any way. The data may only be used for arranging the booking contract. You consent to refrain from using the data for further acts, service offers and contracts or in order to establish a contact outside the actual contract.
PROOMS automatically stores information that is sent by a user’s browser when booking via PROOMS, establishing contact via email or contact form and upon visiting the PROOMS website. We also use cookies in order to provide the information necessary for maintaining our booking system. We use the received data exclusively for handling the booking for a chosen accommodation and for administering your member account.
