Is it possible to cancel a booking as a host?

Yes, first of all, you can ACCEPT or DECLINE your guest’s booking request at MY PROOM/BOOKINGS.

If you do not respond to a request within 7 days, it will expire automatically and your PROOM will be available again in the system for this period of time.

If you are prevented for some reason (sickness, etc.) and you have already accepted the booking, you will be able to cancel the booking up to three days prior to the agreed date (at MY PROOM/BOOKINGS).
